Refund Policy — BrandForge OS

The guarantee

If BrandForge OS does not meet your expectations within 14 days of purchase, email support@brandforgeos.com with your order ID and we will review the request and issue an eligible full refund via Paddle — no forms, no calls.

How it works

• First, we will try to solve any technical issue — most are fixed within one reply.
• If it is not resolved, or if the product simply is not for you, the refund is issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days (Paddle processing time).
• After a refund, please uninstall the software. Everything you generated with it remains yours to keep.

What is not covered

• Requests after 14 days (except where required by local law).
• Campaign performance is not guaranteed. BrandForge OS produces drafts; outcomes depend on your market, facts, offer, platform, and execution. This does not remove the 14-day purchase guarantee above.
